The
Orangu-Tones – Pledge Kappa Epsilon Gamma (Wormtone)
At
the 2004 Las Vegas Rockaround festival, it seemed like these guys were for many
the best band of the weekend. They had a great, solid, FUN frat rock sound that
sounded straight from 1962. This is their second CD release and it’s got 15
great tunes, all about dancin’, drinkin’ beer, girls and cars. I highly
recommend picking up either of their releases, or even better, if they’re
playing in your area go see ‘em live. They sound exactly like their albums
onstage, but add entertaining between-song banter, prize giveaways and wear
matching orange frat sweaters.Tracks:
